Sewer Scope Chicago was founded by Chris Klinger, a dependable, InterNACHI board-certified Master Inspector with decades of experience in the home construction industry.

In 2021, Chris experienced the importance of sewer scopes first-hand after assisting his mother with a home inspection for a 100-year-old house. Despite recommending and scheduling a sewer scope, one was ultimately never completed. After closing, disaster struck—the sewer line backed up into the basement, costing a staggering $25,000 in repairs.

Determined to prevent others from facing a similar nightmare, he obtained certification and invested in the necessary equipment to help homeowners one house at a time.
